Not sure what to say?

Eveann was very smart lady. She would do anything for a friend. She loved my mother Clara Rohwein like a mother and when she died Eveann was right there to help us in any way she could. She is greatly missed by all of us her boys and friends. May God Bless her always. And I know she is in heaven looking down on all of us. I miss you Eveann your smile filled any room she was in. A great loss for all that new and loved her.

I AM SO SORRY FOR THIS LOSS. EVEANN WAS ONE OF THE MOST WONDERFUL PEOPLE I HAVE EVER MET. EVEANN AND I WOULD CAR POOL TO BUSINESS SCHOOL AND PORTLAND STATE UNIV.AND EVEN THOUGH WE WERE YOUNG (20'S),SHE WAS JUST AS AMAZING THEN AS SHE WAS LATER IN LIFE. I ALWAYS ADMIRED HER,SO PERFECT. AS I WOULD SEE HER OVER THE YEARS, THAT ADMIRATION NEVER ENDED. I AM SO SORRY FOR HER SONS AND ALL OF US WHO KNEW HER.

My favorite instructor at MHCC, may she rest in peace.

I had Eveann as an instructor during my time at Mt Hood Community College. I admired her greatly as she always carried herself impeccably. I looked up to her as a person to emulate in that she always carried herself with great self-respect, dignity and pride. Her death comes as a great shock and my heart aches at the needless death of a wonderful person who was obviously admired by many others. My heart goes out to those close to her, her family and friends. sincerely, Julie Campbell-Taylor

Maurice and Marcel,
It was my joy to have served on the Innovative Services Board with your Mom for these past several years. She spoke of you both with great pride. I always said that I had nerver met such a classy lady. And sher shared her many talents and passions with so many. We will greatly miss her at our meetings and only hope and pray with the passing of time the holes in your hearts will grow a bit smaller. I took the liberty of placing her name on our prayer list at St...

I am greatly saddened after learning of Eveann's death from a fellow colleague. Evanne displayed dedication and passion in all that she taught her students at Mt. Hood Community College. One didn't just do the work to pass her class, one did the work because they wanted to earn the grade, and her respect. I will miss her and the lessons that she taught me. God bless you, Evanne!

Throughout the years, I've read and signed many guest books for friends and relatives who have sadly passed away. They are always brimming with fond memories and flattery, full of happy thoughts and gentle words describing and celebrating the “wonderful” person who was lost.

This album is different, though. Not one person here has needed to exaggerate or embellish a single element in their message. No one is just being nice. Everything written about Eveann absolutely true. She...

Eveann and I worked together in the Cosmetic Department at Meier and Frank's in Downtown Portland. This was from January - April of 1970. I even "bunked" with she and her roommates at their apartment on NE Weidler for a short time. She was always a lot of fun, told great stories and loved to go out to eat, especially for Chinese food. I feel blessed that she touched my life and have a trustful faith that I will see her again.

I was a student of Eveann she was wonderful teacher to me,I love her and her story she used to tell the class everyday she can to class. She going to miss very much. Janie Brown
