Born 5-6-31, Passed away peacefully in her sleep 1-23-2013
Funeral Mass 10:30 AM Tuesday 1-29 Christ The King Catholic Church 405 N 117th, Seattle.
Evelyn was preceded in death by her husband Mac McNiven. She is survived by her husband Warren, her sister Dorothy Dillon, nephews Paul and Michael Kight, niece Mary Lou Neff, and loved by Warren's family Sharyn Entrop (Rick), Kirk Arnhart (Sherry Bess), Laurel Dierdorff (Dan), Tammy James (Andy) and 9 grandchildren.
Evelyn attended Blessed Sacrament, Holy Angels and Seattle University. She was a parishioner at Christ the King Catholic Church. She worked for Group Health Hospital for 25 years.
She enjoyed her home at Bush Point, travelling with her husband Warren, pinochle, bingo, and the new friends she made at the Foundation House.

Aunty Evelyn, You were my favorite. We had a bond that was so very special. You understood me and was always my mentor in life. I can't express, how much you will be missed by me. I love you always and forever. Love Lou

Last night Evelyn passed away in her sleep. She was a quick-witted and loving woman, and a grandmother to me. She had a strong connection to spirit throughout her life, and was a nun for years. I'm sure she is on her way to a blissful afterlife. I will miss her encouragement, wonder, wisdom, and sweetness. I love you!
