Not sure what to say?

I had the honor of meeting Evelyn when she was 93 years young and still beautiful as ever. She became a role model to me as I was her housekeeper and friend for about a year and a half. She would fix me a cocktail and fix me lunch and tell me the most magical stories of her family and especially her father, who was always at Sea. She inspired me to be strong and stand up for what I believe in. What a wonderful Lady she was and will be dearly missed.

I remember going to Evelyn's beach house when I was young with my grandma. She was very very sharp, and didn't put up with anything. I remember the motel next door offered her a lot of money for her place, but she stood her ground. I know Evelyn and Genie are golfing with the Lord.

My deepest sympathy to the Beardsley family. May God give you the peace and comfort you need to cope with the loss of your loved one. Psalms 94:18,19

Evelyn Birthday Celebration!

I will miss you Evelyn! You were my second Mother, mentor and special friend. May you rest peacefully in the arms of our Lord. God Bless you Evelyn!

I remember Evelyn as a energetic, smart, and glamourous women who sewed beautiful outfits for herself. Evelyn was a close friend of my Aunt Genevieve (Alfredson) Alexander who past away nine month earlier, 3/26/15, at the age of 100. When my aunt was in her ninties the two went to the beach for a stayEvelyn drove. I believe their friendship started at my grandfathers business Western Title and Trust in downtown Portland.

Thinking of you,
Georgia Bogner

Evelyn was the last living relative on my fathers side. Her mom and my grandmother were sisters. She was preceded in death by her father Herman, mother Signe and brother Stanley Larsen. RIP Evelyn and thanks for all the wonderful childhood memories.
