I will never forget Evelyn, she was a wonderfull and dedicated person... She will always be remembered in my heart. I had worked with Evelyn on the 90's at Victim Services and she was an inspiration for me and she always gave me her support on everything I did as a worker...My deepest condolence to her husband and her children. She will be missed...

Evelyn, was a great woman, she served as one of my most dedicated and loved mentors. She showed me that helping others comes from the heart and can not be taught by any college degree. She was an inspiration to me to go on to acquire my master's degree and always encouraged me to continue my growth as a social worker but making sure I kept my heart in the right place. I will miss her. The world has lost a beautiful human being...

Evelyn was my best friend in High School. I will always cherish those memories. We kept in touch through the years. When she told me about her condition it was one of the saddest days of my life. I know she fought as hard as she could. Every time we spoke she never complained and was always positive. That is how she always was. Evelyn, I love you and will miss you. Until we meet again my friend. Love, Arlene

My most heartfelt condolences go out to the Castro/Arsham family. I used to work for Evelyn as her secretary when she was the Director at Lucha/TLC. I am deeply saddened by the news of her passing. I am recovering from ankle surgery, and therefore, unable to physically attend the wake, but I am keeping you all in my thoughts and prayers. Respectfully, Antoinette Pignataro
