Carol, I thank you for introducing me and my children to your beautiful mom and your incredible family more than 27 years ago. I was always struck by Evelyn's steadfast sweet spirit, her laugh, her ability to always be "present", regardless of the circumstances, and the love shown for Mel, her children, her grandchildren, and her great grandchild. She never wavered.
Now her strength and her love will be carried forward.
I think of each one of you. Sending prayers with love.
