Mrs. Farnum was my son's landlady, whom we knew only through him, and he respected her a lot! She was an extremely engaging, wonderful person, by all accounts of her dealings with him. And she loved her property, always coming to care for it, plant flowers, etc. She will be greatly missed by the tenants on Webster St.

Evelyn was one of the most gracious, kind, energetic and involved people I have ever known.
