I had the distinct honor and privilege of having Evelyn Fields in my life for more than 40 yrs. I don't believe I've met anyone with her passion for family, friends, and life in general.

In everything Evelyn did she exhibited a quiet confidence; a sense of dignity; and always-always, a sense of humor. Everyone called her "Ami". Most people didnt know why.
