Read MoreI was so sad to hear of Evelyns passing, but she is with her Lord now and that makes me smile. I will see her again. She was a dear friend from Calvary Baptist Church and I remember good times of having lunch together as well as talking on the phone after she moved south.

Evelyn was a special friend to me and my family. We had some good times going to Jones Beach or to Calvary Baptist together. I recall a lovely meal with her as she checked on quality at a restaurant. I especially appreciated her kindness and friendship to my parents after I married and moved away from NYC. Her memory brings a smile!
