Evelyn will always be remembered in my heart and prayers.

I think of myself as an adopted member of the Hazel's. I have been a friend of the family and extended family for 34 years. I consider myself to be most fortunate for the times I have shared with this wonderful group of people. We all speak of Evelyn as being the most wonderful nurse. It is because of who she is innately that made her an extraordinary nurse, not to mention many of her other important roles as a mother, wife, friend, grandmother, and mentor. Kind, loving, and accepting...
