Evelyn was a dear friend. I knew her through working at Chevrolet Motor Division. She took over my job when I left Chevrolet.

I got the privilege to know and work with Evelyn over the last 27 years. Kind, loving, and classy - all in one. She would always be so thankful and appreciative for her family and friends - when in fact we were the lucky ones. She loved her trips, birds, books and seemed to live at such an even pace - something I was always amazed by. She came from little and did a lot.
