Evelyn was a shining example of devotion to her community and church. For as long as I can remember, she gave of her energy, time and love to Holy Trinity and its Philoptochos Society. I remember her thoughtful gifts to the high school graduates each year and her positive energy and kindness toward all. She was filled with grace, dignity and the true embodiment of a lady. To think of the Greek community in Wilmington without Evelyn is very difficult to imagine. She was always so welcoming, friendly and interested in everything and everyone. My condolences to her friends and family. May her memory be eternal.
