Evelyn Jean Matthews, age 83, of Buford, formerly of Cumming, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 26, 2012. She retired from the Forsyth County Sheriff's Department in 1993. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert G. Matthews; and parents, Fred Emil and Margaret Jane Cox Davis.She is survived...
