Ellie and Sonia, I am sorry that you lost your grandma at such a young age. That has to be really hard. I hope you keep the memories of your grandma in your heart and be comforted by them. You will get to teach Nina all about her grandma when she gets older.

Tom - Nancy and I were saddened today to hear(from Jim Bruton) of Evie's death. We just don't know what the Good Lord has in store for us, so this sure confirms the axium of enjoying each day. We will keep all your family in our prayers. We will see you tommorrow and or Wednesday.

I rememeber Evie being such a great help to me when I was a part time substitute social worker for Jan H in the late 1970s. She always took time to calmly explain the latest county rules and was a joy to work with.

Evie was the coolest Mom in neighborhood! I was so sorry to hear of her passing. We can be thankful that she didn't have to suffer long. I know she will be missed dearly by many. I grew up with the Meyer kids on Hobe Lane. What a great place to grow up! I spent many a day playing at the Meyer household. We used to have so much fun hanging out for hours.
