Evelyn Carroll Moore

I cherish my childhood memories of Thanksgiving visits to Aiken. Aunt Evelyn always prepared a delicious meal and was warm and welcoming. I especially loved it when she laughed! Also, I am very thankful for her kindness and the help she gave my family during my mother's illness many years ago. I know she will be missed greatly by Susan, Diane, Steven, and her grandchildren. I have many fond Evelyn memories. She was always a good host during my visits and made me feel welcomed. I will never forget the early days driving Evelyn and children to Raleigh for Christmas, singing joyfully all the way. She will be missed. Regret I was unable to attend the funeral service.
