Not sure what to say?

I am 90 years old. I knew Evelyn in the late 1940s and early 50s. I was a kid who worked summers at her parents place in Big Indian, NY. She was so good to me. I slept in her room when she worked in NYC and her dog Toppie became my dog. I also remember John before and after the wedding. Just came across this notice and it brought back many happy memories.

Sincere condolences to the family, friends and those closest to Ms. O'Mara. Thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. I hope that the promise at 1 Thessalonians 4:14 brings you comfort during this sad time. Respectfully, Ali

When someone you love becomes a memory, the memory becomes a treasure. May the wonderful treasures fill your hearts with love and bring you peace. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. 1 Thessalonians 4:13-14

Dear John, So sorry to hear of your loss. May all the memories of her sustain you through this difficult time.

To the O'Mara family my deepest symphony for the loss of your mother and grandmother. Evie was my co-pilot for years while we worked at the Transcript. She was one of the most loving person I had the privilege of having in my life. The most important people in her life was John and children and grandchildren. I will always. Miss her and our monthly telephone calls.
Sincerely
Nancy L. Smith

My deepest sympathy to the O'Mara family. I was so sad to hear of Evies passing. Evie was my copilot for years driving to work at the Transcript. I have never met a kinder, loving friend who loved her family and such a loyal friend. WE were in touch by phone after her retirement. She will be missed.

Love,
Nancy L. Smith

My fondest memories of my years at the Transcript were working with Evie! She and Nanct Smith along with the "crew" had a blast. RIP Evie! You and John are together again!

With love and sympathy!
