My deepest sympathy to all of Evelyn's family. I used to work at Plumcreek on the night shift. Evelyn and I used to have some very good conversations in the "middle of the night" when she didn't want to sleep. She was very proud of her family and loved all of you very much! So sorry to hear of Aunt Evy's passing. Hoping that memories of happier times help get you through this. I remember visiting all of you when you were living on a military base, and how your mom enthusiastically shared with us various recipes she picked up when she was stationed in Italy! I still use her recipe for lasagna . . .
