Though our contacts were few, she had genuine warmth at the ready. You and Evelyn were loyal to your roots, Simon and Slie, solid families for generations. I was shocked and saddened to hear the news. Auntie Evelyn was my Godmother and we shared the same birthday. Our families had so many wonderful times together. I can hear her voice in my mind saying, "Ooohhh Jeannie!" and laughing when we would talk. She was one of a kind. My thoughts and prayers are with Uncle Al, Tom, Beverly, and their families.

Aunt Evelyn, I don't think we ever saw you without a smile on your face. You will be missed by all who knew you.
