"Evie" (March) Simonds, 85, a 50-year resident of North Syracuse, New York, a native of Syracuse, New York, a supervisor for 20 years with Dutchmaid Inc., in Ephrata, Pennsylvania, until her retirement in 1978, died at St. Joseph's Health Care Center on Saturday, September 1, 2001. Calling hours are scheduled for Tuesday, September 4, 2001, 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m., at Krueger Funeral Home, 2619 Brewerton Road, Syracuse. Eastern Star services are scheduled for Tuesday, 8 p.m., at the funeral home. Services are scheduled for Wednesday, September 5, 10 a.m., at the funeral home. Burial will be at Woodlawn Cemetery.
