Even Kulsveen

Without going into the story, I was once treated to a Willett tour for a video project. I was quite amazed when at the center of the operating still, a key was produced and I was offered a sample from the very heart of the still! By Mr. Kulsveen himself! ` you ought to to try it,´ he said, ` it won´t hurt ya.´ Needless to say, I did. Best experience ever! I will miss you sir!

Observing Even´s persistent dedication and creative talent in revitalizing the Willett family distillery and bourbon brands during the `90s and into the 21st century, I view him as the first pioneer of a new generation who triggered the worldwide expansion of the industry while I was president of the Kentucky Distillers Association.
