It is such sadness that "Mr. Everett" as we knew him passed away. We were Mildred & Everett's neighbor on James Island for years. We have such fond memories, Fred spent hours/days in the wood working shop. Please know that you are in thoughts and prayers

I am JD and Kathy Cox's youngest son, Michael. I remember you both very well as a young boy growing up in Parkshore III. I always remember Mr. Brewer carrying his trusty smoke pipe. I used to love the smell of his pipe. I even remember your cat too. Those were the greatest years growing up living next to you.

We lived next door on Charing Cross
Road in Parkshore III in Charleston.
