Wow Daddy..This has been the hardest year of my life! Every day there is some one or something that reminds me of you. I know that you did not want us to mourn for you because you are finally at peace, but the emptiness that I feel inside is overwhelming at times. It seems like only yesterday you were walking me down the aisle (giggling) and I danced with you at my reception. It seems like only yesterday you were holding Lil' Guy and Bryan in your arms. Wow, it is so weird that every season, holiday or just any day.. there is something that reminds us of u. It's that time of year when everyone would be beating down the door of "El Hombre" to get their taxes done. At least you can finally rest.
Miss You!

Well, It's been a while. There is not a day that goes by without thoughts of you, daddy. I've been told that the times of sadness get easier as times goes on but I feel the same way today as I did on 4/21/08. Holidays will be tough for the entire family because we all know how much you loved being with family, eating, laughing and enjoying the company.
You are so missed.
I love you

Hey Daddy....
There's a lot going on here right now....I'm trying to hang in there but it is getting difficult.
~Daddy, I really need your guidance right now~
......And YES DADDY I JUST SAW that blue jay in the tree in our favorite spot, and I know that this is my sign to just hang in there and that no weapon formed against me will prosper! I know it is your way of telling me that God will not close one door without opening another! Thank You Daddy! Love, Pammi

Well Daddy,
some weird things are happening. I know these are all signs from you to let me know you are okay. I am glad that you are okay but it doesn't stop me from wanting you here with us. I have 4 days left before that big vacation and it is sometimes hard for me to imagine enjoying myself, taking lots of pictures and not having you to send them all to when I get back.
I love you
