Everett Glasco

GLASCO, Everett - Of Hale, Michigan, formerly of Grand Blanc, age 74, died Monday, June 12, 2017 at St. Joseph Health System in Tawas City.

 

A memorial service will be held 12 Noon, Saturday, June 17, 2017 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint,

Cremation has taken place.

 

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Iosco County Humane Society.

 

Visitation 4-7pm Friday and 11am Saturday until the time of the service at the funeral home.

 

Inurnment in Great Lakes National Cemetery, 9am Monday, June 19, 2017.

 

Everett was born in Flint on February 6, 1943, the son of the late William and Agnes (Andres) Glasco. On December 4, 1998, he married Linda Mathews. Everett served in the United States Air Force from 1963-65. He was employed at General Motors Fisher Body and retired from Buick in 1995.

 

Surviving are wife, Linda;

 

sons, Michael and John; daughter, Debbie Selleck;

 

step-daughter, Sherri Peterson; step-son, Joel (Sundae) Peterson;

 

grandchildren, TeDon, Nick, Rebecca, Rachel, Mason, Marisa, Londyn, Brenden, Caden and Abbi;

 

great-granddaughters, Esmay and Emmerson;

 

sisters, Kathleen Hartner and Janet Rhodes;

 

and Special friend, Carl Pritchett.

 

He was preceded in death by his step-daughter, Kathy Bartges, granddaughter, Breanna Sanchez, daughter-in-law, Deannie Glasco, sisters, Marie Huff, and Mildred Evans, and father and mother-in-law Johnnie and Faye Hanners.
