Everett Raydon Sage

I am so sorry to hear of Everett's passing. I remember my mother, Jean Henkle, mentioning you folks many times at Bethel. Mom, Dad and my sister have all passed on (my sister, Beverley passed away a year ago Feb. 26th). I have a lot of memories of growing up at Bethel from the 1940's through my own marriage in 1960 under the Hancocks ministry. Jan, my prayers for you and your family are with you at this sad time.

Dear Jan, Debbie & family:

What a great picture of Everett. I hope this is how we all can remember him before his health failed him. You and Debbie were so devoted to Everett and rarely left his side.

I heard a priest at a memorial service say once that "grief softens". We never stop grieving the loss of our loved ones but it does get easier as time passes.
