Not sure what to say?

As cousins, "Scotty" and I grew up together, and I have many fond memories of our youth with 4th of July family picnics, Christmas and Thanksgiving get togethers and Harvey Browne Church. My condolences to Leslie, Peter, and the rest of the family. May he rest in peace.

My thoughts go out to Scott (God Bless His Soul) and his family. How do such close friends grow so far apart? Scott and I stayed in contact through the mid-1970s and then for no good reason we lost contact. We had dinner several years ago, but we again lost contact. Where did our wonderful days and great times go? Theta Chi Pledge and Fraternity brothers, pledge revolt to IU, "Hell" week, fraternity meetings, party times (too many to remember), dances and formals, do you have a date?,...

Uncle Scott was my favorite Uncle. What good times we would have when we would visit he and Aunt Leslie and Peter and their dog Papier (sp?). My brothers Eric and Mark and I would use their long hallway with the black and white squared tiles as our "runway" and pull each other in our blankets....fun memories. I always appreciated both Uncle Scott and Aunt Leslie for their unwavering interest in the history of the Tichenor family and loved looking through old pictures and other things that...

I met Scott as a college freshman at the U of Cincinnati in 1960. Scott was always very outgoing while I tended to be shy and somewhat retiring. We became good friends, members of the same fraternity (Theta Chi), and had many memorable times together. We went our separate ways upon graduation in 1965, Scott returning to Louisville to start his interior design career, marry Leslie, and join the Marine reserves. I joined the Air Force in the fall of 1965 where I spent the next 3 1/2 years of my...

I was so saddened to hear from another dear high school friend of Scott's passing. Even though we did not keep in touch thru the years, he was a big part of my 'growing up' years at Harvey Browne in St Matthews. My deepest sympathy to you all.

Dear Leslie,

So many fond memories over so many years...

We're so glad we'd renewed our friendship with you both, and that we were able to spend time with Scott on his several trips to visit us in recent years.

With love,

Doug and Jackie

I recently spent a wonderful day with Scott brainstorming for Kentucky Homes and Gardens Magaine.  It was a priviledge for me as an Exterior designer to work with  Scott ,consdered as one of the most talented Interior Decorators . I am so grateful that I was able to share with him the fact that I have always admired his tremendous talents.  I am  even more grateful that I really got to know and appreciate Scott for his very sensitive personal side and was grateful for a new and professional...

Dear Leslie and Peter, My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. I have many fond memories of the Tichenor family at HCM. You always brightened my days.

I had been away, and when I returned I saw the obituary for Scott. My heart is filled with thoughts and prayers for you during this difficult time. There are no words to express all of the emotions you feel right now, but know that I am here if you need me for anything at all. Much Love, Vickie
