Sheila, I am the daughter of Betty, your former next door neighbor, but I got to know Clif when I worked at Provena/Presence. I was always impressed with his intellect and his commitment to making the world a better place both through his work and his daily activities. While it is a loss to you and your family beyond words, it is also a loss to the community. I am so sorry. My deepest sympathy

I met and got to know Cliff thru his wife Sheila whom I had known and worked with for many years. Cliff was so kind spirited. He had a smile that would light up the room. I will miss him dearly.

Sheila and family, I´m saddened about Cliff´s passing but know he´s in a better place free from any stress and pain. He was loved by many and will not be forgotten. Cliff had a love for giving to the underserved in our community and I had the opportunity to work with him during his time with the Champaign County Christian Health Center. Cliff had a servant´s heart. I´m honored to have met him and call he and Sheila `friend´. May you rest in Christ my dear friend. -Cindy

Sheila Burdette and family, I´m so sorry to learn of your loss. Cliff was a beautiful soul, wonderful husband, father, and grandfather. Not to mention a fantastic neighbor! He will be missed. We can give thanks that he isn´t suffering any longer but is living in eternity with our Creator! Our thoughts and prayers are with you all during this difficult time.
