I just learned of Everette's passing today. He was a client of mine for more than 30 years. He often spoke of his children with great pride and, as the years past, his adored grandchildren. Mary was his "sweetie". My condolences to the entire family. He was always so kind to me and I will miss him.

Mary - Ginger and I thought that the service for Everette was a very, very special one for a very special guy. The speakers were all so moving, whether serious or more lighthearted. He was a man of great faith and wisdom, and a wonderful friend. We will miss him.

Everette was a great friend, a fabulous lawyer, and one of the kindest men I've ever known. A highlight of my legal career was working together with him on several cases. He will be sorely missed.
