Not sure what to say?

I first met Everette over 20 years ago when he worked at Legg Mason downtown Houston. Our relationship started when I would call on him for businessbut that turned into a real friendship. I always looked forward to our meetings, which were always heavy on the personal side. I just learned of his passing today, in fact, as I was reaching out to see if he'd like to visit about business. I still can't believe it. I want to give my condolences to his family. He always talked glowingly about...

Everette was a shining star and made life better for everyone who had the fortune to know him. We grieve deeply for you, his family. Brian & I hope that as time passes, you will feel his presence and know he is with us all, in our memory and hearts.

Whether you knew Everette for a lifetime or only met him for an hour, he made your life richer. A man who was pure in heart. My prayers are with you Theresa, Trisha, Kevin, Frannie and Mark

My only only consolation is that being 76 years I do not have long to reconnect with Everette. I consider him a my close friend for the last 45 years. My sincerest sympathies to his wife and daughter and families. God be with all.

Jim and I are so sorry for your loss. Even though our relationship was a business one, we always were made to feel like extended family. Everette was a respected, trusted advisor and friend. We never doubted he was in our corner and had our best interest in mind. He will be missed... but we do look forward to a continuing relationship with Trisha.

Gilbert and I are so very sorry for your loss. What a wonderful family man and provider. Everette surely did enjoy life. Your family is beautiful. RIP

Trish as you know - I've been Everettes' IT Guy for over 10 years. He was a great man and we will miss him dearly. May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

Saying good bye
Everette and I met almost 51 years ago. Coming from different backgrounds and competing schools it seemed highly unlikely that we would ever be friends but we both ended up at McNeese to play football. Sometime after the first or second semester we became roommates and thus began our friendship
At the end of each spring semester we said good bye knowing that we would see each other in the fall and continue our friendship, and each fall we returned to McNeese to...

Our hearts ache for you Trish. I know how much you love and admire your dad. May God bless you & your family in the days ahead. We send our love and sincerest condolences.
