Evva was such a wonderful lady, neighbor and friend. She was always so gracious, empathetic, supportive and was always available when someone needed assistance or just to talk. Evva was my dear friend and neighbor for years. We shared a love of reading and I counted on her to recommend books. She often invited me over for visits and tea. I started cutting her hair at some point and continued this after she moved to her assisted living home. She would invite me to have lunch with her there.
