PALOMBIZIO, Ezio V.

Ezio V. Palombizio, 71, of 15 Maxwell Dr Rocky Hill CT, beloved husband of Cristina Fabrizi Palombizio, died peacefully, Monday, (September 2, 2013) at Hartford Hospital. Born in Pratola Peligna, L'Aquila, Italy. Ezio was a skilled machinist, enjoyed la Serie A and gli Azzurri, was proud of his origins and a long time member of the Pratolana Mutual Benefit Society of Hartford. He is survived by his wife Cristina, his sons and daughters in law Pietro and Saloni, Salvatore and Vibha, Elvis and Ellie and two grandsons Sebastiano and Dominic. Ezio was predeceased by his parents, Pietro and Agata, brother Vincenzo and nephew Adriano Palombizio.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday at 9:30 a.m. in St. James Church, Rocky Hill, CT. A private interment will be at Cedar Hill Cemetery. There are no calling hours. Instead of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Ezio's name to the National Kidney Foundation of CT (Polycystic Research), 1463 Highland Ave, Cheshire, CT 06410-1216.
