Tom Peyton's notification of Ezra's death was a terrible shock to me. I recently phoned Ezra about our VMI reunion. I was assured that he would be there. I will sorely miss him.

My deepest sympathy to Ezra's family. He was a very special Brother Rat. We were still in touch by e mail and I was looking forward to seeing him at our VMI class reunion in March. He will be missed!

My deepest condolences to you Ezra's five sons. I talked to Ezra twice since Christmas and we were looking forward to seeing each other at the VMI class of '44 70th reunion. I have lost a dear and close friend.

Charles and Janet Bishop,Son inlaw and daughter of Mr.Cecil Clarke ( Doctor Clark). Doc and Charles had the pleasure of working with Mr.Ezra at Radcliff Materials in the mid 70'S till his retirement. We looked up to Mr. Trice. Our prayers are with you all.

Ezra was a great friend and one of my most respected VMI classmates. In later years we corresponded almost daily. He will be sorely missed!
