I learned a lot from Don working in licensing esp what changes to agreement s with third parties could and could not be made in EMs best interest. He was always helfpfull cheerful and got things done, even though his initial response was often NO. I think it was his way of letting you know that he would not be a push over for not well though out agreement changes. Very fond memories of working with Don.
