Not sure what to say?

Caroll & Family,

Jay was always a 1st class person even to the little guy, although he was a couple of grades ahead of me in HS he made a positive impact on many grades behind him, I am sure he will be greatly missed.

Dear Carroll & Don - I was very saddened to hear the news about Jay. I have many fond memories of Jay from HS football and nobody could catch the high hard passes like Jay when running 44 jump to the 8 (a guaranteed first down). My more recent memories revolve around the annual 4th of July softball game (which Jay usually attended) and I could always count on Jay to share the duties at first base (a bad knee position) and to savor a beer or two at the keg behind the batting cage. Marlane and I would like to extend our condolences and sympathies to the Scribner family. Jay and I were business associates. Jay was supportive, helpful and a real gentleman in our business. We both enjoyed his company at dinner the last time we met. Our prayers go out to his family.

Dear Don, I was so sorry to hear about Jay's passing. I have many good memories of watching Jay play basketball with Johnny and the rest of the dream team. My deepest sympathies to all of the Scribners.

Dear Carroll and family,
We are saddened to learn about Jay. He and his famiy lived across the street from us in Mountain Lakes where we grew up. He was a lovely, kind and gentle person, and he will be missed by many. Our heart goes out to you and to your family.

Dear Carroll and family;
We are so sad to hear about Jay.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories and family bring you comfort.

Carroll & Family,
I can't even begin to say how sorry I am for your loss. Jay was a special person, truly one of a kind. He always had time for others, and my life was better for having known him. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family. You once told me to be sure to make a lot of memories with my father-in-law. And I know that you did the same with Jay.

"A memory is a keepsake of time, that lives forever in the heart."

God bless you and your family.
