Dale and Helen and family: I have known Dale and Helen for over 40 years when we worked together with the then Department of Employment, etc. He was always friendly and talking about his experiences, and I never saw him at his best. He would come over from his daughter's home across the street to chat and keep up the friendship, and asked us to go to his home and visit.
