Not sure what to say?

I just knew Dick for just a short time, but always looked forward to talking to him and enjoying his company. It was one of the pleasures I had when coming to visit you two. Bill Ferianc

My deepest sympathy to all of the Shilanders. Uncle Dick will be missed.

Grandpa,
You have left a lasting impression on so many lives. I will forever remember your faith in God, unconditional love, positive attitude, emphasis on education/hardwork, and your big smile. Thank you. Love you.

Grandpa you will be missed, but we know you are in a better place. I will always remember you as one of the kindest and smartest people I've ever known. I'm thankful for the impact he had on my life.

1 Chronicles 29:28
"He died at a good old age, having enjoyed long life, wealth and honor..."
Psalm 23:6
..."Surely your goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever

John, I am thinking of you at this sacred time. I wish I could be there with you, as you were there for me after the death of my parents this summer. May love surround you.

I'm so glad I got to know you and spend some precious time with you. You will always have a special place in my heart. Thanks for the smiles and the laughs.
