Mr. Pylman, you will be greatly missed by us all. My husband and I still talk about having you as a substitute teacher. You left a lasting impression on us all. You will forever be remembered!

Mr Pylman, Easton and WUHS will not be the same without you. F. John is fondly remembered from my high school years in band and orchestra. He along with his predecessor George Nixon, built an award winning marching band program at Washington Union High School. F. John was a kind man with a tremendous sense of humor. I feel fortunate to have been one of his students (Class of 1960).

F. John was an intrigal part of the Visalia Lions High School Band Review for many years. His guidance and untiring love for music and the musicians will be missed. May God give his family peace during this time of loss.

Mr Pylman, may God bless your journey back to heavens. Thank you for all your help in helping me with the fundamentals of learning and playing the tenor sax. I am also glad that you became a conductor and my daughter was able to meet you at Fresno hi, for she also took up the saxopone, until we meet again.

The essence of music within the central valley will never be the same. FJP was a great mentor and icon to us all. Thank you for everything you had accomplished.
