Faber was one of my favorite UT profs. My late husband (Wayne Sipe) and I both benefitted from Carnival Theatre, which was Faber's initiative. He encouraged both of us to stretch our wings. On top of that, he was kind, learned, funny, and a real gentleman. I am sorry to hear of his passing. Prayers for Jodi and the rest of the family.

One of the most remarkable men I have ever known, my mentor, my friend. So many phenomenal memories: our trip to Nampa, Idaho in his Volkswagen bug, going to Detroit for the opening of MY FAIR LADY, the many productions we did together and on and on. The world, especially the theater world seems a bit dimmer just now. My heartfelt condolences to dear Jody, Julie, Cathy and the family. Sweet sleep Faber. sss
