Not sure what to say?

Dear Ruth, Doris, Vern and all, I'm sorry for your loss. Fairy made me feel like part of the family when I spent overnights and worked at market with Ruth. She lived life to the fullest. If Harry is collecting electronics in Heaven like he did on earth, he's in for big trouble with Fairy's arrival. Love to all of you!

My sincerest sympathy to The Martin Family during this time of loss. Reflecting back brings me wonderful memories of Fairy and her family during my years in Thomasville as neighbors. Fairy always welcomed me into her home while waiting for the school bus and let me "park" my bike there.....ohhhh, I can still smell those wonderful, warm potato chips, too! Later, when I moved away and visited York,I would see Fairy at market and she never forgot "Little Ann". Thank you, Fairy, for touching...

Our family moved to Thomasville in 1971 and had the privilege of living a few houses down the street from Harry & Fairy. We have wonderful memories of: Talking with Fairy when we were hanging out with Sharon. The annual Grant Rd corn roast. Seeing her at Eastern Market selling chips. Visiting with her when she was taking care of her yard. She was a wonderful person and will be greatly missed. Please accept our sympathies! Mary Tucker and her daughters Kathy Rea and Janet Shirey

I, along with my brother and sister, remember fondly the Martin's. We lived behind them on the hill and spend many mornings waiting for the school bus on their porch. My first "job" was cleaning cans in the chip factory . Going to the assembly line with a bag , gathering those wonderful hot chips and walking back the dirt road, munching all the way , still brings a smile to my face. Harry and Fairy were fine people , to be respected and admired for the life they built for themselves and...

dearest mother, you continue to lighten my path.

Mrs. Martin was an absolute sweetheart and will truly be missed by those that knew and loved her. I have very fond memories of Miss Fairy from the plant at Martins and helping her keep her mowers and such running. I will surely miss her and her blueberries. The Lord has received a true Angel.. God Bless
