GEIER--Faith Power, 74, passed away suddenly on December 15, 2009 in her New York City apartment. A passionate collector of and advocate for contemporary art, she was a supporter of the Whitney Museum and the Metropolitan Opera, and a member of the Leader's Council of the Breast Cancer Research...
I knew Faith from my sister, Kendra Power, who passed away from breast cancer. She was always very nice and close to her brother Jerry, my brother in law. What a legacy and miss them all.

My dearest Phil, Hope, Jody and families. I just spoke with Fred Maguire who shocked me with the news of Faith. We just returned from Panama so have been out of touch for a few weeks. So many memories of Faith have raced through my mind and I can clearly hear her infectious laugh and see us all together on Sea Girt beach and at the various spots of our 'era'. No matter what we all accomplished in life, there are no memories quite like those of our early days. I cannot believe that I will...

I was so sad to hear of Faith's passing. As a guest of the Colony Hotel for all those years I think I really got to know her. She was a funny and spirited lady. All the staff sends their condolences. Our prayers are with you.

A rare and special woman has left this world- far too soon. The only comfort is knowing that her beloved family shall perpetuate her legacy. May God bless you all- and provide comfort in your time of grief. Marla Rhodes, Mew York
