Died Feb. 16, 2010 Funeral services for Fannie Parrish Mitchell, 81, will be at 1 p.m. Monday at St. James CPCA in Decatur. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery with Sharpley Funeral Home directing. She will lie in repose one hour prior to services.
