I was deeply saddened and shocked to hear of Farai's passing. I worked for Farai at Target in Hadley during my college days in Western, MA. He was a great mentor, as well a fun person to work for, cracking jokes and making work fun. I have many fond memories that will stay with me forever. May you rest in peace Farai. My heart goes out to your family, and I will pray for them.

I worked under Farai in Target for a little bit of time but in that time I did learn a few things from him when it came to leadership. To stay motivated, focused on ur work, motivate your crew and finish your workload in a timly matter. And at the end of the shift when everything is done, to not forget to have some fun or make a joke.

I remember when I gave Missy 300 dollars in pennies Farai couldn't stop laughing. He would tell me that everytime he saw a penny he would laugh again remembering what happened. Farai would yell at me saying not to go into Target without taken him some rice and beans lol. No one can top Farai as a boss he will be always missed.

One of the best memories I had of Farai..
One evening we had just finish zoning toys and the blue world crew went over to help green world finish their zone. I was in one of the market isles with another team member Dan who I'll leave nameless. Dan was always joking around. Farai was in the next isle zoning.
