To family and friends, so sorry for your loss. May you find comfort in your memories and the wisdom and experience your loved one shared (Leviticus 19:32).

So sorry to hear this. What a positive influence Faries was on my life. We all loved him dearly. He supported me 100% in a career change to become a therapist - best decision I ever made. RIP dear friend. Hope you're playing lots of volleyball, gospel on piano, and singing those great old hymns. The days of The Community were some of the best years of my life. Thank you for making that possible. Love you madly,Dr. Harriet BoorhemDallas

I have so many fond memories of Faries, from Friday night volleyball where I first met him in 1973 to his tremendous help in my personal growth as a client, his uplifting house church services, and his delightful sense of humor. He touched many people, and I am forever grateful that he helped make me who I am today.
