Farrell will long be remembered for his commitment, professionalism, and honesty. When he took over the Building Dept. in Bay, he instituted a quantum leap in professionalism, service, and integrity. As a former Planning Commission member, I know that he spent many late nights in City Hall away from his family to advise members on issues in the development community in a straight forward, unbiased fashion.
