My sincere condolences to your family. I'm not sure that you will remember me but I grew up across the street from the Wises in MS. I met Scotty again at Teresa's wedding back in 1984. Scotty and I then started writing each other thru to 1986. He wrote such wonderful letters (that I still have) that showed what a wonderful sweet man he was. I was a former co-worker of Scott's from the ship to shore radio station. We had some good memories of our working together. My prayers go out to his family during this time of grief. Just know that he will no longer be in any kind of pain.
