Read MoreFather Dan told me about his studies in Israel. I had just visited. He had such a unique way of communicating. I loved his lectures and would think about them afterwards. I missed him at mass and wondered where he was. I have just found that he passed. Father Dan will always be remembered by me as a special father. Condolences to his family for this very sad loss for all of us.

Our family will always hold the memories of Father Dan and his beautiful homilies in our hearts. He was an instrumental part of my husband's journey to understanding the Catholic faith and Christ and a support to my son as he decided to attend New College. I will be forever grateful for him. May God's love be a source of comfort to his family during this time. He will be missed by many.
