Fred attended me (Jim) with times of blood clots and for our son Jeffrey, when in his 20's had a severe case of chickenpox.

Even though it's been so many years since those Stiles Lake days, I have many great memories of your family and of Dr. Pualwan's kindness, warmth and especially his wonderful sense of humor. I sadly feel your loss. I hope that your many, many great memories of Dr. Pualwan will carry you through this difficult time.

42 years ago when I was 5 years old, Dr. Pualwan gave me 5 stitches under my chin and "a lollipop to calm my nerves." I have never forgotten the kindness he displayed while treating a very scared child. Although I did not know his family, my thoughts and prayers go out to all of you. I am very sorry for your loss.

We reach out with our deepest feelings to an incredible family over the loss of an exceptional father and husband. I know the quality of the man from time spent with his sons.
