Fay Dawn Clow Claggett, of Edgewater, Maryland, beloved wife of William Rudell "Bill" Claggett and of the late Lawrence E. Clow Sr., passed away on Tuesday, February 22, 2000. Friends may call on Thursday, February 24, 2000, 3-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m., at Hardesty Funeral Home, PA (Family Owned), 12 Ridgely Avenue, Annapolis, Maryland. Funeral services are scheduled for Friday, February 25 at 11 a.m. Interment will be at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
