Not sure what to say?

Bro. Jack and Sister Faye was my pastor. And that how I Meet Tim my husband. The Matthews was his pastor before they become mine. Sister Faye marched all the single girls in front of Tim my husband now. And I was the last on in the line. Sister Faye said and this is our clerk's daughter Candy. And I looked him up and down and said he is nothing special. And I walked off. We'll that was us the start and 5 months later Tim and I got married. And we have been married going on 38 years. The...

I remember all the good times that I had growing up with you and Mae. I will treasure the memories of our childhood and the good times we had.
I am praying for the family that you have left here and I know we will all be reunited some day. Your friend forever, Joan Purser Clower

Faye and I join to extending our deepest sympathy the family of Bishop and Faye; we were close in ministry for many years.

Sister Faye was a wonderful woman. She and Brother Jack were so kind to me when I entered the ministry many years ago. They are wonderful people, and I know that they are rejoicing together today.

Aunt Faye was always fun to be with except when she would get on to me for doing something wrong when I was a child or when she'd put me to work when I'd go over to the Parsonage after school when they pastored my church in Belle Glade I'd say Aunt Faye I'm gonna quit coming to see you & she would laugh and say no you're not then I'd say yes I am then she'd say again no you're not you know you love coming to see your aunt Faye. she was always there for me and prayed with me night and day...

Condolences to the family. Rev. Mark Matthews has been a great friend to me in both work and ministry. I personally benefited from the wisdom of Bishop and Sister Faye Matthews through the wise counsel provided by their son Mark. May the comfort of God be enough to strengthen your family during this time of grief and reflection on a life well lived.

Faye Matthews is my aunt. Her husband Rev Jack Matthews was my mother's brother. I have so many wonderful memories growing up. Every summer daddy would take momma and us kids up to Ga. for spell to visit with all the families. The fondest memories we're Aunt Faye holding me as a little toddler and me singing church songs with her and Uncle Jack singing. All thru the years Aunt Faye would remind me of it. And always asking me if I remembered singing with them. And every time she ask I'd...

Sister Matthews was the one that introduced Tim to me. They were our Pastor's at Summerville Church of God over 35 years ago. Bro. And Sister Matthews was Tim's Pastor at Lindale Church of God when he was younger. And when they come to Pastor at Summerville Church of God, Tim's parents came to visit the church (Summerville). And Sister Matthews introduced all the single girl's at that time to this young man ( Tim Hatcher). And I was the last one to meet him. And I said that he wasn't nothing...
