Phil, you will be greatly missed by your family and many friends,and we will have great memories of you as we all were together either playing basketball over @ marti vargas's house many memories will always be in our hearts, I just wished that I got to see you once before you got sick, life was cut short for you and it sadden's me because it wasn't suppose to be this away. we will alway's remember you in our hearts..when we all lived out in Goshen as nebors you were such a great guy to talk...

My memories created playing for Phil are some of my fondest. Riding to tournaments, practice, inside jokes, sitting in his backyard (or the Crow's backyard) are only a few of the times I remember Phil impacting my life for the better. He taught me to work hard for what I wanted and to never lose hope. (Also, to never show up to a hitting lesson or practice without a bag of seeds for him too) :) The lessons I gained over my years playing for the Phil will forever impact my life. It seems...
