I will always treasure the afternoon shared with Mrs Etcheverry and Gary at her home in Winchester. Her meticulous production of authentic Basque chorizo, and the joy she received from cooking and serving it for lunch, was a uniquely wonderful experience. Your mom lives on in your heart.
