Dear Bronner Family,

My sincere condolences to you. As a member of the World Affairs Council of CT Dr. Bronner was a joy to have at programs. He was always a smiling face and had a lot to contribute to our foreign policy discussion group. He is greatly missed at our meetings. We are very lucky to have several works by Dr. Bronner in our office. We will think of him fondly as we admire them. He was an extraordinary man.

Dear Leah and Family,

My deepest sympathies for the loss of Felix.

The highlight of my years in the World Affairs Council of Hartford was the opportunity to be a colleague of Felix. His leadership and incisive, objective comments provided a much needed calming effect upon our often passionate discussion group. He was a gracious host. Our group once met in his home where we were also provided a tour of his artist studio.

I appreciated and respected the passion Dr. Bronner
brought to his work at UCHC. And I so much enjoyed the moments we had to just chat. He was very special!

My sincerest sympathies to the Bronner family. Felix was my colleague in the vitamin D field. He was a pioneer in the study of vitamin D mediated intestinal calcium absorption in mammals. His work is classic and is an inspiration to us all who continue in this field.

Dear Bronner family,

Having visited us regularly for so many years, Professor Bronner was like a remote relative. I remember a long conversation about science management, in 1996. Felix had joined us for my sister's wedding. He exchanged thoughts with me like a caring uncle to an unexperienced nephew. I loose a cherished uncle.

Please accept my condolences,

Dear Leah and family,
We were so saddened to learn of Felix's passing. He was such a good friend over the years. I loved it when we'd visit one of his exhibits, then go for lunch and have a lively discussion about art. It always amazed me that someone so accomplished in research medicine would take on a second passion later in life, and work with such focus on his paintings.
We will miss him greatly. Our thoughts are with you at this sad time.
